Keeping fit is less about activity and more about knowledge, motivation and education. Having spent years as a keen enthusiast, and having seen how little knowledge is out there, I become a professional trainer, and have been helping tons of people achieve their desired goals for the past 15 years.

Most fitness establishments target the younger audience. But I believe that the older, 50+ audience are becoming more aware of the need for fitness improvement. Which is why my vision is to promote better health and mobility in seniors to ensure they live better and healthier lives.

Putting together a winning training strategy.

My objective as your Personal Trainer is to provide you with well-detailed and efficient exercises, help inspire you proper form, and monitor your progress in the gym and towards your desired outcomes. We’ll begin by conducting a detailed research, and studying what you wish to accomplish, your present habits, and nutritional state, and then determine what is required to make a positive difference in you and help you achieve your goals. If more assistance and support are required at the beginning, these will be provided. And if speedy results are what you desire, then the sessions will be focused  helping you achieve your objectives.

Weights that encourage fat-loss, self-esteem, and overall wellness

Over the years, I’ve become increasingly fascinated by the impacts of resistance training. Lifting weights is not exclusive to bodybuilders alone; when done correctly and with the supervision and guidance of an expert such as myself, it can enhance metabolism and accelerate fat reduction without generating the muscular appearance that some people dislike. I’ve seen body forms change, health conditions improve, and confidence skyrocket as a result of a well-designed weight-training program.

I’ve spent a lot of time studying this subject and I am exceptionally familiar with exercises required for older adults. This has enabled me to continue providing well-informed dietary and lifestyle recommendations, as well as exercise approaches that enhance quality of life while providing a plethora of medical benefits and lowering some of the undesirable health conditions that arise as we grow older.
