Keeping fit is less about activity and more about knowledge, motivation and education. Having spent years as a keen enthusiast, and having seen how little knowledge is out there, I become a professional trainer, and have been helping tons of people achieve their desired goals for the past 15 years.

If you want to make real and genuine progress, achieve your goals and learn about your body, then my services are just what you need!

Most fitness establishments target the younger audience. But I believe that the older, 50+ audience are becoming more aware of the need for fitness improvement. Which is why my vision is to promote better health and mobility in seniors to ensure they live better and healthier lives.

I am a certified personal trainer with the expertise to construct a progressive program tailored to you and your fitness requirements. We’ll collaborate to get you where you need to be in a safe and efficient manner.

Getting old is inevitable. However, how does the thought of feeling FOREVER YOUNG sound to you? Age is just a number, and it’s vital for seniors to understand that an extended quality of life, is as a result of mobility and healthy life practices. And when is the right time to take control? Now! Yes, RIGHT NOW! Some people are born with stronger genes and simply age well, but science has proven that diet, sunlight, moderate exercise, quality of sleep, thought patterns, and so many of other factors all have a significant impact on our health and fitness.

The first thing I would like to point out about Jenel is his ability to design training sessions exactly around my requirements and my fitness level. His guidance allows me to train at the maximum level of calorie burn at a continuous rate over the full session.

 

Secondly, Jenel has a very encouraging nature. It is motivating to do the exercises which Jenel suggests and observe getting better at those (note: I am 54 years old and never really did any sport). This is probably the main reason why I have and will continue to train with Jenel.

 

And last (not least), Jenel has a motivating personality. He is a great listener and offers perspectives, without being overbearing or intrusive.
